This is an unfinished laser-cut 1:12 scale dollhouse miniature trestle table kit. It's a farmhouse-style table cut from 1/8 inch thick MDF, engraved on top to resemble shiplap. The table pieces come attached to an outer wood frame to protect it during shipping.
You will need to detach the pieces, file a bit with a nail file or sandpaper, assemble, glue, and paint or stain to your taste.
The table top comes in MDF, Maple, or Walnut.
